When you’re planning your trip to the Errington Farmers’ Market, remember to bring your reusable shopping bags!

Market shopping is a great way to help reduce household waste, as most of the food and other homemade products are presented with no or little extra packaging by our vendors.  By bringing your own containers and market bags, you’ll help to reduce our collective waste footprint even further.

There are those times though, that you end up at the market without a bag.  We’ve all been there!

If you find yourself in need of a bag for your market purchases, just visit our handy Bag Library from the market manager’s booth beside the pavilion.  It’s a free service we provide, and we’re happy to help.

We’re also happy to accept donations of extra reusable bags!   If you’ve got too much of a good thing, just leave them with the market manager.  We’d be ever so thankful.
